Chairman and Founder

Dr Ephraim Mwenda is a Civil Engineer by profession, founded Roland Imperial Tobacco in 2001 and has chaired various private and public boards, including the state owned Tobacco Board of Zambia.

Director Operations

Mr. Ephraim Mwenda Jr. joined Roland Imperial in 2008 as an Administration assistant at Sulmach and relocated to Roland Imperial Tobacco in 2010. He has since worked progressively to the Operations Manager position of which now is currently assigned and instituted as the Development Planning & Communications Manager. He is a graduate in Business, Finance & Marketing.

Director Procurement

Ms Tamara Mwenda is a graduate of Business Administration and joined Roland Imperial Tobacco in 2013. She has extensive knowledge in customer support and had formerly held the Operations Support Manager position. She has since been relocated to the manufacturing division where she now holds the title as the Procurement & Supply Manager.
